Yesterday while I was swimming, my friend called me, so I just grab my hand phone and talk. When I finish talking, my hand phone accidentally slip through my hand and felt into the swimming pool. After I take it up, it is full with water. I try to dry it with my hair dryer. Then when I switch it on, it move on its own, ie sending my pictures to my phone book's friend, deleting my massage and set some other things for me. What should I do to make my hand phone like the way it was before?

It is fried internally - water is a conductor or electricity and since cell phones are not meant to be water proof and it has a battery inside - it is over - get a better phone for a cheaper price (they are out there) and you did not mention if you have insurance on your cell - if you do - just report it lost and attempt to get a free replacement.
