I楹搈 traveling to Japan and staying for awhile. Can i use my electrical razor, hair dryer etc like in any hotel in America??

Yes you can, USA and Japan are pretty similar (You'll find a few exceptions, but in general you should be fine) when it comes to electrical outlets. Posted a link for further reading.

Yes you can. Japan has pretty much the same spec electrical system as the USA. Plugs are the same shape, except some older houses do not have the 3rd prong ground plug. Hotels are no problem.

In Japan there are 100volt outlets. you can plug american stuff in them, but if to recharge for example, it might take longer.

Yeah.
US is like 120 volts and Japan is 100. That means all your appliances will work without blowing up, but just more slowly or coolly. You won't notice a difference however, apart from maybe your hair dryer warming up slower than usual.
