Scissors or buzzers (that is if you want a real mohawk)But I advice to have a specialist do it.

I saw once on tv where they did it on some chick %26amp; they used egg whites

I guess it's suppose to make your hair really hard

Fine tooth comb to backcomb the base to make it stand better, and elmers glue for the spikes to keep their shape (it washes out).
