I dropped my new ipod nano in water!! it plays but shows nothing but a white screen.?

I turned it off. And tried drying it with a hair dryer. If i leave it off will it just air dry and come back? ah help!!!

it's broken, if it's under warranty they might send you a new one. my sister dropped hers in the ocean last summer and they sent a new one in the mail, no questions asked.

Hold the play/pause button,then menu button.This will reset it,kindof like refreshing.This might help.Not sure.

that's nicknamed "the white screen of death". You should have turned it off and let it air dry, not a hair dryer. The heat from the hair dryer can screw up some of the internal parts of the iPod. Like they already said, your best bet is to try and get a new one under warranty. Hope this helps!
