How to wrap a book in celefane?

I want to open a book, but they wrapped it in celefane and you can tell they did it. I know its used with heat like a hair dryer. so how can i do this exactly??

Shrink wrap requires a special type of plastic that shrinks when when hot air is applied to it. Usually hotter that a blow dryer. After inserting the item into the plastic it is sealed with a special cutter that cuts off the excess plastic then it is heated to fit. Hope this makes sense.
